tightens sagging skin on the face and neck

Thread lifts

Thread Lifting is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses threads made of polylactic acid (PLLA) to lift and tighten sagging skin on the face and neck. The silhouette threads are inserted through small incisions in the skin and are then pulled tight to lift the skin. The threads have small cones or barbs that anchor the skin in place and provide support for long-lasting results. The threads dissolve over time as collagen forms. The rejuvenating effects of threads are twofold. The first comes from actual physical lifting by the thread, the second comes from the stimulation of new collagen by the PLLA threads. The procedure is minimally invasive and can be completed in less than an hour with minimal downtime.
